Ermes Double Roller Speargun Muzzle - Ceramic Bearing

Speargun Parts by Ermes
Ermes Double Roller Speargun Muzzle - Ceramic Bearing has inline wheels providing a narrower profile. This gives better maneuverability, minimal resistance and bands will stack up closer to the barrel than offset double rollers.
Four wheels - two of two different sizes front and back - come fitted with ceramic bearings, suitable for higher loads and/or smoother loading. Specially designed wheels, with both faces capped to protect against intrusive and destructive foreign materials.
The head is small and light, and the wheels are held and protected by stainless steel side rails. Additionally, Ermes single and double roller heads feature very high stopper bars, enabling ease of use with many brands of high finned/pinned spears.
  • CNC machined from in one piece from very strong Delrin with no additional parts.
  • The line anchor point is integrated in the lower profile of the head.
  • Stainless steel components limited to provide maximum weight reduction.
  • Double rebated spigot allows interchange of the O-ring to fit various internal diameter speargun barrels.
  • Suitable for all speargun barrels with internal diameters from 25.5mm to 26.5mm.
  • It can be used to convert a speargun to the roller system or to build a roller speargun from parts.
  • Will take rubbers 14mm to 16mm in diameter.
  • Overall length =11.5cm, width = 5cm, height = 5.5cm

This roller head is the ideal choice for those wishing to build bigger or more powerful spearguns, such as blue-water spearguns, propelling larger massed spears.

NOTE: Roller head muzzles contain rotating bushes &/or bearings that require regular maintenance. Ensure after every use, regular freshwater washing takes place to remove any debris or saltwater. Avoid contact with dirt or sand as this will quickly degrade bearing surfaces. Bushes and bearings are consumable items that may need to be replaced, depending on conditions of use, load and correct maintenance.
