Returns and Warranty
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please first contact us to discuss. You can return it to us, provided it's still in original condition and within 30 days of the date of purchase, and we will send you a replacement, a refund or apply store credit. Which of these applies will depend on the circumstances:
(1) In the case of a defective or not as advertised product that can't be replaced with a properly functioning substitute, we will refund or credit the purchase price and cost of shipping back to us.
(2) If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, colour or type, the cost of return and re-sending will be paid by the customer.
(3) Any items returned due to "change of mind" will not be eligible for a refund, but will be considered for store credit.
(4) Any goods purchased using our "free shipping" policy and sent back for exchange, will not be eligible for a second "free shipping", except in the case of a justified warranty claim.
Goods may only be returned after first requesting and receiving a Product Return Number (PRN) from the seller. Returns must arrive in new condition, in or with the original packaging and according to the seller’s instructions. Products without a PRN or not complying to the seller’s instruction will be rejected and returned or incur additional fees.
Custom products, ordered especially for a customer, as a variation on those products displayed on our website, are not eligible for return or refund. They will however be covered by our warranty terms below.
Products sold come with a 6 month warranty, unless otherwise stated (and excluding consumable items such as shafts, lines, roller bearings and rubber). Warranty only covers defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty does not include damage in transport, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, misuse or abuse of products. We have recommended uses for products on our site. Should you be using the product for a purpose or in a manner as not recommended, there will be no warranty applicable.
All reasonable warranty claims will be assessed on an individual basis. Goods must be returned to us as per our Returns instructions above. The seller has the right to refuse warranty if the product has incurred damage outside of the warranty terms. Any defects in materials or workmanship will be either repaired, replaced or compensated with another product.
If the warranty claim is found to be unjustified, the product will be returned to the buyer, at the buyer’s cost.
Please note: Colours of products, as pictured on our website, are indicative only. Lighting, flash, screen types and batch lots may alter the viewed colour from the actual colour of the product you receive. This is not grounds for a warranty claim.
