Shipping Estimate

For a pricing on shipping costs prior to purchase, you can simply add items to your shopping cart and enter your Post Code and Location into the ESTIMATE SHIPPING  calculator. This will give an estimate on costs for the various freight options.

Delivery Times

All items listed on our website for sale are in stock and ready to ship! If an item is temporarily unavailable it will say "out of stock" and you will be unable to add it to your shopping cart. Please contact us if you require an out of stock item and we will give an estimate of restocking times. If you can't select a particular size or colour of an item, most likely it is out of stock.

Goods in stock will be packed and shipped within 48 hours, or next business day, if ordered on the weekend. If goods can not be sent, for any reason, within this period, we will contact you to let you know. 

Once lodged at the post office or picked up by courier, delivery times are out of our control. Within Australia, delivery times can vary between 1 and 10 working days, depending on your location. For International orders, estimated delivery times are generally between 3 and 10 working days. But sometimes there can be delays passing through Customs in Australia or your destination country. Also in the weeks leading up to and just after Christmas, please allow extra time for delivery due to the high volume of parcel traffic at this time.

If your Australia Post shipment is taking much longer than expected, please use your tracking number to first check by phone or online HERE, on the status of your shipment.

If sent by Courier, tracking details will be sent to you and can be tracked online.

International Shipping

For international freight, a variety of air postage options are available at the checkout:

  • Economy Air is the least expensive option, note there is NO TRACKING for this service.
  • Standard is the intermediate service with ONLINE TRACKING included in the price.
  • Express is the fastest service, if you need the delivery urgently. Price includes ONLINE TRACKING and Signature On Delivery.

Additionally, we offer Signature On Delivery and Extra Cover Insurance as options at checkout.

In Australia

Customers will receive FREE FREIGHT to most parts of Australia, for Australian orders of products with a value of $250 or more. Exclusions apply, for remote postcodes, bulky or heavy items: eg Spear Shafts, Fish Chiller Bags, Rigid Floats, Sportube Cases and all lead weights). For orders under $250, courier and postage charges will vary according to the size and weight of the consignment. Multiple items will be added at the checkout for a reduced freight rate per item. So we reward you - the more you spend, the less you pay for shipping! 

Additionally, for some remote areas of Australia, we can only offer free freight to the nearest depot, for items over 105cm in length. We can still deliver to your door for items longer than 105cm, but excess charges will apply. If the length is under 105cm, free shipping rates will apply and all other remote area rates will be with Australia Post parcel or satchel rates. 

If you are located in a remote area postcode, additional charges for freight may apply.

All goods displayed on this website are in stock and will be dispatched within one to two working days from receipt of order and payment. Freight within Australia will be sent by Australia Post or Couriers, depending on your location and the size and weight of the parcel.

Delivery times within Australia will vary from 1 to 10 working days, generally, depending on the service and your location. Express Post is next day or two day delivery to most areas of Australia. If you require urgent delivery please check the Australia Post website to determine if your postcode is within the next day range.

For most products on our website, we offer the option of Express Post Satchels, available in 500g3kg and 5kg sizes. These have standard dimensions as detailed on the Australia Post website and can be used for most items available for sale on our site. Goods that are not eligible for these satchels are items that are too large to fit inside the standard Express Post Satchels - such as spear guns, spear shafts, rigid and large floats, large bags and fins. For these products, you can select normal express post or regular post.

Our responsibility for delivery of goods ends with lodgement of goods with Australia Post or Couriers. Australia Post has tracking on all goods sent by Parcel Post or Express Post within Australia. A copy of the Article ID tracking number will be emailed to you directly from the Australia Post online booking site, when your order is shipped. Similarly orders sent by courier will have tracking details sent directly to you. We will use the email address you gave with the order and your OBD order number as a reference.

Within Australia, you may also choose to add Signature On Delivery and Route Shipping Insurance, to your Australia Post delivery, by selecting these options during checkout. Orders sent by Courier include a signature record and limited liability coverage for values up to $1500. You can also add ROUTE Shipping Insurance at checkout, for extra coverage.

All goods are inspected carefully prior to packing to check they are in perfect condition and are packed with the utmost care and consideration. Should your order arrive with damage caused in transport, please notify the courier or Australia Post immediately. If you have selected and paid for insurance at checkout, you will be eligible to lodge a claim with ROUTE Shipping Insurance. We are not responsible for damage caused in transport, or for non-delivery of an item.

The buyer accepts that the risk of any purchase order passes to the buyer upon delivery of that order. Delivery is considered as being completed whether the goods are handed to the buyer, an agent of the buyer, any other person at the nominated delivery address of the buyer, or left unattended at the nominated delivery address of the buyer.

Additionally, the buyer is responsible for appropriate storage and handling of the products from the time they are delivered.

We highly recommend choosing ROUTE SHIPPING INSURANCE to protect your purchase from the chance of loss or damage by the carrier.

SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY is another good option at checkout, to ensure the parcel is not left at an unattended address.
