C4 Carbon floating line winder is features two centrally located handles makes it possible to hold easily for winding and unwinding.

This is an affordable, lightweight and efficient way to store floatline, flashers and other lines. The winder actually floats with line on, if set up to a float, and easily tows behind you. Incorporated through holes allow adjustment and termination of lines both ends.

The design enables you to adjust the length of your float line at any time for varying diving conditions eg completely wound in for shore dive surf entry or exit, shortened for ease of management when diving around rocks or shallow water and let completely out for open water diving.
